Confirmation/Badges/Seating

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email with the subject line “APsaA: Meeting Registration 2018 National Meeting”. This email is automatically sent immediately following payment. Please double check spam filters and folders as confirmations tend to get redirected to these locations. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact Chris Broughton.

Badges will be available for pick-up onsite. Name badges are required to attend all sections of the scientific program. Your badge is your passport to attend the program sessions and the only way we can tell you have registered for the meeting. Badges must be worn in plain sight to gain access to APsaA’s meeting. Individuals who are not wearing their name badge or the correct name badge will be asked to properly register for the meeting.

APsaA reserves the right to limit attendance at any session for safety, professional confidentiality or organizational reasons. Pre-registration is highly recommended. This allows APsaA to see which sessions are most popular so plans can be made accordingly. Additionally, Chairs may send materials to pre-registered participants prior to the conference. There will be no on-site registration for sessions. Sessions that have reached their capacity will be marked closed in the Final Program. If a session is not listed as closed, walk-ins are welcome. Please allow those that pre-registered to take their seats first.
